Feat: `auto` location option using public IP

Why

Automatically getting location from IP would be useful for those that travel frequently.

How

There are lots of free APIs like https://ipinfo.io/json that provide a users general location without requiring an API key.

Considerations

This would be a useful default option in .wegorc, but keeping the current default option might be more transparent and privacy-respecting.

I'm not sure if this project is still actively maintained, if it is would love thoughts on this idea. Can implement if well-received. :)

I'm not sure I want to give the users IP to a service they didn't explicitly opt in to use. GeoIP usually isn't free and incurs some cost. Even if we use ipinfo.io I'm not sure how long that will be around. There are local options like geoclue, but those are usually not available everywhere either.

This popular tool (also written in Go) extracts your public IP from Cloudflare's debug page, https://one.one.one.one/cdn-cgi/trace which should be pretty reliable and privacy-respecting. And yeah you're right this should def be an opt-in
