The script transfer_issue.sh is in the transf-issues branch.

gh client transfer issue preserves the original link and it even redirect the page if you go to the old link.

And when the reference issue is transferred, the link in the other issue that mentions the issue also get updated...!

And I'm just assuming it works the same for PRs...
