Issue with Microsoft cumulative update

Hi @scottoffen not sure if Grapevine is affected, but FYI: dotnet/WatsonWebserver#183

Cumulative update KB5066835 seems to be creating a ton of problems with things that use HttpListener.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll take a look at it.

I'm actually working on a drop in replacement for HttpListener, and it I hope to have it out before EOY. Future versions of Grapevine will use that library instead.
