I'm having an issue with my PicoMemcard+ / RP2040 Zero.

When I flash the PMCZero (sd2psXtd) firmware, the board doesn't seem to boot correctly.

What happens:

After flashing pmczero.uf2, the PC no longer detects the device (except when I hold BOOTSEL, where it appears as RPI-RP2).
No sd2psx USB drive/folder is created.
The board doesn't appear to enumerate as a USB device after boot.
The firmware also cannot be updated while it is running because the device is not detected by the PC.

What I've tested:

The same RP2040 Zero works correctly with the original PicoMemcard firmware (PS1 memory card firmware).
BOOTSEL mode always works, so the RP2040 itself appears to be fine.
The issue only occurs with the sd2psXtd PMCZero firmware.

Is this a known compatibility issue with some RP2040 Zero boards, or is there anything I can try to debug it?

This is actually intended behavior. If the device is running, it will not show up as a USB drive!

Following up on my issue: I have verified that my board and physical connections match the schematics in the picomemcard repository, and the hardware is confirmed to work with their official firmware.
However, I am still facing a blocker: the RP2040 is not automatically creating the .sd2psx folder on the SD card, and consequently, the PS2 is not detecting the memory card.
Could you point me toward a potential solution, or let me know what logs/diagnostic information I should provide to help debug this?
