The DSTIME parameter will likely be set in %DeepSee.CubeManager.CubeEvent in the future, with a value (for now) of MANUAL. On instances where this is the case, I'd like to populate ^OBJ.DSTIME with new or updated cube events (probably from a pre-synch code, checking for events with a start time or end time after the last time the cube was updated) and synchronize the cube when DSTIME = MANUAL, while preserving the current behavior on existing versions.
