You fixed a bug a while back where normalize was used without declaration, but you haven't released it.

The issue where normalize is used without declaration breaks Analytics.js if you are using a Webpack to bundle it, throwing the error: Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: normalize is not defined.

I believe the bundler is strict with JavaScript, so will ignore implicit globals.

It would be great if this got released and Analytics.js updated. For now, I have to manually hack the analytics file.
