To test and assess the CABot we need to collect querys and responses . There should be an option on the CABot to save:

• query
• response
• comments by user

and this should be output as a table.

Each user should have a persistent table that can be updated after each run or even even question.

There should be tools to analyse the tables including merge

The establishment of climate change laws based on the latest science of the carbon budget would signal that we are finally serious about the problem. Building a democratic consensus about the need for urgent action could be framed, for example, by concerns of national security. Climate change is going to cause an unprecedented rise in migration. The predicated scale of this mass movement of people will ask very profound questions about border control that any right-leaning voter will be hugely concerned about.
