I was unable to connect with secure connection. Has anyone else had the same problems?

You could try to define the TLS version during a connection if your server doesn't support TLS1.3

I'm try to use stations by ABB that want secure connection and also they check the certificate instance. So by a dedicate portal I have to load certificate to device and I have to be sure that my server use that certificate. How do I verify which certificate my ocpp server is actually presenting with ? I'm using https://www.geocerts.com/ssl-checker but it responds "Net::ReadTimeout". So I'm trying Postman ...

I haven't done it myself, but maybe you could try to set up nginx for reverse proxy and set your certificates there.

I'm using traefik (with docker)
