Can't issue refund because of "Empty message"

I am trying to issue a refund because of issue #385

The drop down menu doesn't let me input a reason for refund, therefore I get an error : "Empty message"

Maybe I am getting an issue with blank drop down menus?

@gregoryperrin Sorry for the late response but you apparently they have newer releases of servicebot which solves these issues. However a lot of features are removed in the latest release. The latest release can be found at

You will need to build from source and then deploy, let me know if you need any assistance with this.
