Twitter apps are sunset. Any other way I can authorize?

Hi!

When I visited the website https://developer.twitter.com/en/apps in order to create an app and authorize it, the page says that Twitter Apps have been sunset.

Does this mean that I won't be able to use Twitter CLI?
