Compatibility with EagleFactions

Brief explanation of issue:
I'm using prefix filter, so when players enter "!" message goes to Discord.

But, there's ALLIANCE and FACTION chat available, from EagleFactions plugin, and they too can have "!" prefix while staying private and visible only to Faction/Alliance members.

DiscordChat bot makes private messages visible via Discord.
Steps to reproduce:

• Step 1
  Enter private chat mode using /fraction chat
• Step 2
  Enter any message to fraction chat using "!" prefix

DiscordChat version: any

Minecraft version: any

It's so annoying. Even if you mute someone in Minecraft, their messages are still visible in Discord.
