Can this be used in current form or adapted to write tags?

I have many books in my library which require correction of the Title, Author, Publication Date, and other tags like isbn, ASIN, etc.

I'd like to be able to use this as a smarter "download metadata" and be able to confirm whether or not to update the data found.

I understand if this is not the goal of your project, but I think many people would find it useful to use AI to fix the data in their libraries.

The good news is I have down with this feature in another project, it is possible to do that.

Current I have scratched this AI feature in dev stage, here is the running logic:

1. This feature is Metadata AI Completion;
2. The plugin extracts text from the first n pages of the book and submits it all to the AI, of course will add some guidance prompts like you will help me to complete these metadata;
3. AI outputs the target book’s metadata in JSON file format;
4. But after I test this work flow, found the accuracy rate is exceptionally low—so low that I don't believe this feature is worth releasing.
5. What I am using is: 2 years ago’s book, mainstream AI like OpenAI, accuracy maybe 20%(1 success, 4 failed, in 5 cases).

This feature has been mentioned by other users before. I'm particularly curious—if you implement this step, what exactly is the next step intended to achieve?

Another user mentioned wanting to improve search accuracy within the system. If that's the goal, I suggest exploring an alternative approach that directly addresses the core issue. Rather than enhancing the current AI metadata completion feature, which has an extremely low success rate, maybe I can try a more direct solution, with AI’s power too.

Do you have any other ideas?
