This transfer includes the right for the Project Owner to license, relicense, distribute, and sell the Code under any terms (including proprietary or commercial licenses) without further permission from or compensation to you.

Originality: You represent that the Code is your original work and that you have the legal right to transfer ownership of the Code to the Project Owner. If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create that includes your contribution, you represent that you have received permission to make contributions on behalf of that employer.
