[DIVE] - Implement Keybind Manager

Description

In the future we have to extend dive by keybinds (connection between key-press and specific action).

To properly manage the keybinds, we have to set up a manager class that takes care of the initial keybind funtionalities (see Acceptance criteria).

Acceptance criteria

DIVE Functionality:

• set keybinds for specific actions (move camera, zoom in, etc)
• define presets for sets of keybinds
• read defined presets (to display them in frontend for example)
• read current keybinds

Testing:

• All of the above changes are unit-tested completely.
