"Choose Files" still showing ontop of BROWSE button

I'm using Angular 1.6+ with Meteor 1.5+

Using the code provided in demo:

I'm still seeing the default input field "Choose Files" on-top of the new BROWSE button/input.

This can be solved by doing something like

but I figured this library should handle this??
