"recent changes" log showing uploads wrongly (?)

Describe the bug
More a question than a bug report at this stage.

I really like the log of "recent changes" showing clearly what happened in descending order.

There are different icons for the actions like a recycle bin for a deleted file and a downwards arrow for a downloaded, updated file.

There is fortunately an entry for files that have been updated on the local device but the expected "upload" (upwards?) arrow is a downwards arrow.

Is that meant to be?
