all folders get paused

Describe the bug
sometimes i notice that all folders are paused.
i did not do this.
there was no notification.
there's no easy way to resume them, other than doing it manually for every folder, (omitting intentionally paused).

Steps to reproduce
unknown. this happens every couple of days. maybe related to critical battery events (?)

Interesting @pille : It would take time to reproduce this but perhaps would be good if you are able to share some logs when you find a paused folder. The settings screen should allow you to see latest logs, they can provide a hint on what is broken.
