iOS forwarded messages out of order in Desktop app

Bug description

in a group chat i forwarded 3 messages to the same group chat in iOS. i think first 1, then 2 at a time.

on desktop the first message appears below the two which is wrong. the two are in the correct order themselves.

Desktop issue was closed blaming iOS - signalapp/Signal-Desktop#7954

Steps to reproduce

on iOS

1. forward a message
2. select two messages and forward them

Actual result:

on desktop messages are 2, 3, 1

Expected result:

on desktop - messages to be in order 1, 2, 3
