Year on iOS / onchange

So, whenever you choose the first "year" in th select list, it sets the date to a value that is not in the list. If I choose "2013", I can see it actually gets submitted as 2012!. Only happens on iOS, Android works fine.

@chrisschaub Sounds about right. I had to do a special case for iOS back in the day:
