No App title in notif

@tolesolo I've never implemented push notifications, so I'll have to defer to other's judgement on this one.

I'm interested in this solution too, I've noticed this problem still persists. I'm guessing this is either a configuration we're missing, or a bug for the plugin: https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugin-push

@mkinnan and @signalpoint yes, because i was used the plugin that using api google C2DM version 1 or 2 (I forget). I think that api suitable for android version 1.5, 1.6,2, 2.1 not for android 3 or newest.
Now google using GCM google cloud messaging, with title, and new feature like, view, thumbnail and share button, etc.
