Hardcoded location for some datasets without place mapping?

Especially for some of the new sources (Paris musees, Versailles, Mobilier) it might be the cases that all records have metadata of objects from the same location or at least country (France?) , but some of them don't have any location mapping at all.

Should we therefore hardcode it?

I suggest that @tschleider make the exhaustive list of all possible authors / producers so that we can write in a sort of dictionary the corresponding location for those agents.
