Volume Rendering

I would like to have a 3D scalar field visualized using volume rendering. It is sufficient for the grid to be rectilinear rather than arbitrarily unstructured. An MIT-licensed extension to Three.js is available here which could hopefully work.

Here is a nice example motivated by medical imaging.

@axelboc , @loichuder : This kinda puts H5Web on the path of a Paraview competitor-with a better fundamental datastructure under the hood. You could also imagine isocontouring being a followup.
