I believe building a rich data taxonomy and advancing the search features on Simbi would promote more deals.

Simbi currently gathers categories of interest as part of building one's profile. How can we use this existing taxonomy to extend the magic feeling of needs and offers coinciding? Currently, the "matching game" feature facilitates this to some extent. Other specific ideas always welcome!

If I create a service request, and select matching categories of interest, it would be interesting if Simbi offered a list of available matching services. This comes from my other idea for supporting creating of learning relationships (I'll add this as a separate idea). If I say I want to learn how to build a shaman's staff, it would be cool to quickly find shaman staff building services, or close maybe. It makes me want to see the DB data dictionary and schema. :-)
