[Feature Request] - Auto-archive when PR merges

Overview

I would like to be able to archive worktrees automatically when they're associated with a given pull request. Right now the system does not have a way to detect if a GitHub PR has merged. Second, in the git link functionality, it would be nice to be able to link OUT to the Github PR as well.

I don't support auto-archive as a default, because it would drive me crazy if a workspace suddenly disappears.
However, an indication would be very useful - we can later decide if we want to suggest auto-archiving in the options menu (perhaps popping the option when the user first archives a merged workspace).

@simion what do you think about using the gh CLI, if it exists, for showing a "merged" icon next to a merged PR task in a worktree?

For those who don't have it, we can simply indicate "no gh available" note in the preferences page, onboarding flow, or both, and indicate which gh-specific features won't work if it's not there.

@adamatan i already have full GH integration using GH CLI in a branch locally. Need to rebase, test and push. Will fix this week and release 😁

@simion can we use the "assignee" field for that, so we don't work in parallel?
If you can give me permissions to assign issues (for myself), it would be great

You can self-assign now: comment /assign on the issue and a workflow assigns you, /unassign removes you. GitHub has no assign permission to grant on a personal repo short of full collaborator access, so it goes through the comment (anyone who has commented on an issue is assignable). Documented in CONTRIBUTING.
