Currently SC documentation (under docs/docs folder) is not very AI-friendly. We would like to provide clear and concise instructions for AI agents to:

1. install SC
2. Prepare DevOps config (alongside with instructions how to obtain necessary secrets) - with minimal efforts
3. Prepare Service config configuraiton (including determining deployment type)

Let's study the whole project, all documentation and come up with the plan on how to start improving documentation, so it would contain set of skills (i.e. Claude's format).
