Welcome to InkControl. Please read the following terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using this application.
By downloading, installing, or using InkControl ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The developer of InkControl (hereinafter referred to as "Developer" or "we") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on macOS devices that you own or control.
We may offer a free trial for a limited time. After the trial period ends, you must purchase a license to continue using all or part of the App's features.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App or its license.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any technical limitations of the App (such as trial period limits or license verification).
InkControl currently operates on a one-time purchase basis. A single payment grants you perpetual usage rights for the current major version.
We reserve the right to adjust product pricing or change the sales model (e.g., to a subscription model) at any time.
- Rights of One-Time Purchase Users: If we introduce a subscription model in the future, users who have already purchased the one-time version will continue to enjoy perpetual usage rights for their purchased version without being forced to switch to a subscription. However, upgrades across major versions (e.g., from v1.0 to v2.0) may require an upgrade fee.
For one-time purchase users, we commit to providing the following support:
- Support Period: At least 1 year of technical support and software updates from the date of purchase.
- Support Scope: Includes fixing severe software bugs and adapting to new macOS system versions (ensuring availability on macOS versions released within the support period).
- End of Support: After the support period expires, we may no longer provide updates for the old version, but you may continue to use that version (on compatible systems).
InkControl and all its specific content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and their design) are owned by the Developer and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer: "Dasung" and "Paperlike" are trademarks of Dasung Tech. This App is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Dasung Tech.
The App is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The Developer provides simple, stable static text display effects. However, the Developer shall not be liable for any hardware damage (such as screen or backlight aging, circuit failure, etc.), data loss, or business interruption caused by the use of this App.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you violate any provision of these Terms, we have the right to terminate your license immediately without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and destroy all copies of it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

- 终止支持: 超过支持期限后，我们可能不再为旧版本提供更新，但您可以继续使用该版本（在兼容的系统上）。
InkControl 及其所有内容、特性和功能（包括但不限于所有信息、软件、文本、显示、图像及其设计）均为开发者及其许可方所有，受版权、商标和其他知识产权法的保护。

本应用按"原样"提供，不附带任何形式的明示或暗示保证。

本条款受英国法律管辖并按其解释，不考虑其法律冲突原则。
