`.automation/tasks.json` V041 frontend task states are stale

• Impact: Agents may re-claim already implemented work or misjudge v0.4.1 acceptance status.
• Repro:
  1. Inspect V041-S4 to V041-S8 in .automation/tasks.json.
  2. Run npm.cmd --prefix .\frontend run test:unit -- src/modules/financial/__tests__.
• Expected: Task statuses reflect implemented/tested components, or remaining work is split explicitly.
• Actual: Several V041 frontend stories remain backlog while corresponding components/tests exist and pass.
• Claim: Assign PM/automation owner.
• Repair: Reconcile tasks with sprint history and create separate remaining browser/package validation tasks if needed.
• Verification: tasks.json and sprint.md agree with actual code/test state.

领取：负责人 @simplerjiang。修复范围：核对 .automation/tasks.json 中 V041-S4..S8 与 sprint/history/code/test 实际状态，更新 stale 状态或拆出剩余验证任务；保持 focused metadata change，不改业务代码。计划验证：检查 tasks.json 与 sprint.md 一致性，运行相关 financial frontend unit tests（至少 src/modules/financial/tests），如无 UI 行为改动则不做浏览器验收。

进展更新：已在本地分支 fix/24-v041-task-states 完成 focused commit 53344ce（fix: reconcile V041 task states (#24)）。修复内容：将 .automation/tasks.json 中 v0.4.1 milestone、V041-S2、V041-S4..S8 从 stale todo/backlog/in-progress 补正为 done，并在 notes 中指向现有组件、测试、归档 sprint 与剩余 DEBT/Issue 跟踪。验证：1) JSON parse/status 校验通过；2) npm.cmd --prefix .\frontend run test:unit -- src/modules/financial/tests 通过，13 files / 201 tests；3) powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\scripts\publish-windows-package.ps1 前端 build 通过，但后端 publish 被当前环境访问 NuGet 阻塞（NU1301: api.nuget.org socket forbidden），未生成新的 SimplerJiangAiAgent.Desktop.exe，因此暂未 push/PR/close。
