Software developers definitely do, we're all aware that GitHub conquered worldwide FOSS development 15 years ago. You can safely assume that any competent dev these days either already has an account (and if it's just the one they once created to manage the code for that one IT course project), or understands why a project hosted on GitHub would be discussed on GitHub. From my experience, non-devs might indeed not want to create an account here. But if you don't want to host these discussions on Discord, you could probably only accommodate those people by integrating some sort of forum into Manifold Love itself. Greetings from Germany. |

As a for hot sex near me I find that chicks2fuck dating scene offers a mix of traditional and modern experiences. While apps like Tinder and Badoo are widely used, many prefer meeting people in person at local cafes or cultural events. For a more genuine connection, consider using apps like Chat&Yamo, which focus on personality compatibility. Always be respectful and clear about your intentions, as casual dating can sometimes carry a social stigma. |

I have never used the github discussions feature before. It would be cool to have a space for people to discuss ideas on how manifold love could be improved in a public way. My main reticence is that a lot of what makes dating good is stuff that is highly subjective or which is social dark matter - not discussed in polite society / mixed company. Public-ness is inherently biased towards what is safe. And dating & sex cannot be made 100% safe.
Another concern is representation. Like, do people outside of SF bay area even use github?
It's ok though, I think this is very useful to the existing Manifold Love userbase. And I'm sure there's a lot that can feel safely discussed in a channel like this! Especially when basic site usability & quality-of-life still needs some work 😓. (Though defined problems should be Issues. or better, pull requests)
What do people think of github discussions?
