Improve the ‘Add user’ tool in a role. #375

It is not very intuitive when adding a user to a role with the ‘Users by territory’ option, as you have to select both a user and a territory. If both elements are not selected, the new user is not added to the role, but no message is generated either. From the user's point of view, it seems as if nothing has happened. However, it is not very intuitive that two steps are required to perform the operation correctly.
Describe the solution you'd like
It could be configured so that it does not allow the user to be added if the user and territory have not been selected. This would leave the ‘Add’ button greyed out and disabled.
It would be even better if a new button with a right arrow were added to continue to the next step. This would allow access to the ‘Territory’ tab.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another solution could be to add a warning that one of the two elements must be selected: Territory or User.
