Rename duplicate territory to save

Describe the bug
When you duplicate a territory, a name is suggested for the copy; however, the save button is grayed out, so you cannot save it under that name, you must change it instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Territory'
2. Select one
3. Click on 'Duplicate'
4. Check The new name and status of the save botton.
5. Change the name
6. Check status of the save botton. Now it's possible to save.

Expected behavior
If a new name has already been suggested and does not exist, it should be possible to save it.
