Problem or motivation
I'm running Asahi Linux on Apple Silicon hardware (M1 Pro).
I don't think any of the current Linux releases are suitable for my platform.
There's a world where I just download and run the x86 application through some emulation layer like fex. But I figured it would be better if there were releases for ARM64 on Linux for the various flavours available.
Asahi's flagship distro is Asahi Fedora (rpm), but there's also Asashi Ubuntu (deb) and several others out there.
Took a quick look at the github actions with the original intent of compiling locally but it's a bit much for me for now - figured it would be quicker to ask for builds here.
Proposed solution
Add Linux ARM64 build platforms to build pipelines and generate a new release to create the builds.
