tracking on ZEISS crossbeam

There is a tracking issue on the ZEISS crossbeam version. It looses the position of the milling point, when it dose the tracking for the 700pAmp probe because the contrast is so different. Is there away to adjust the contrast?

The auto contrast brightness function implemented for the Zeiss CrossBeam should take care of this. Is it doing a screen through detector parameters after changing apertures?
