Add ability to open unit test display from CM number

It might be a nice addition to be able to open the unit test display for a given cryomodule by clicking on the cryomodule number. This would make having a local instance open on an OPI even more useful

What do you use the unit test display for? I haven't touched it in a while

It's an easy way to have most cavity controls for a full cryomodule in one place. RF mode, piezo feedback on/off, etc. I'm not using it that much, but Dan and others have it regularly open in parallel to auto setup.

Just curious, why here vs auto setup?

I think autosetup would work as well. I'd imagine that one would have both open anyway
