Make it easier to disable the token verification if the load balancer has already verified it

There are cases where a Load Balancer verifies the token early before forwarding it to the service.
In such cases we recommend registering a custom factory to avoid a double verification, however it may considered like an extra unnecessary step, and it depends on a service loader mechanism.
