Having too high of an FOV set currently breaks the game when sprint-flying, with values around 106 being the worst, and values around 110 just flip the vision.
Implementing a hard cap on the FOV so that sprint flying while the global FOV is high still makes an FOV change, but not too high to the point of breaking in order to fix #838 and #974
For clarification, no I do not actually play with this high of an FOV, I was just messing around to see how much would break
