Running the chat problem

Hello,
I have installed everything as you have described, mongodb is running as well.

I am running "node server.js" and get the following information.
info - socket.io started
Connected to mongodb!

But I am not able to connect to the port even though the port is open, could you please help me?

Are you connecting though localhost on the same computer as node is running on? as its listening on localhost.
