Make a SIMBL plugin? For 10.11+

Would this be a possibility?

It's my understanding that SIMBL can emulate pre-10.11 system app code injection for apps that users want to be able to, but you don't have to disable SIP system-wide

Hmm, I don't have any experience with SIMBL. From the little research I've done, it appears like it too requires SIP to be turned off actually. Maybe I'm not understanding correctly though. Feel free to poke around with it though :)

SIMBL only requires SIP to be turned off once so it can install itself. Then you can turn SIP back on but programs which would normally require SIP to be off can still run if the user wants them to by using SIMBL
