Where is Russia?

I was playing around with the data and noticed that Russia is missing. In the example scripts in the output it is also greyed out. Whereas in this tweet highlighting the data https://twitter.com/stroebel_econ/status/1247537159394869250/photo/1 it is clearly present. Any reason for that?

IIRC the JEP paper says that Facebook has too few users in Russia so that it doesn't make sense to provide these data.
