Use every device version

We currently default to the version of device on the android id.

We should probably have a list of every android id for all versions.
Then download each one of these... we might need a new column in the db.

We still can not check what the version is and therefore will just need a id for every device. We can generate these through just starting up all android version emulators

Not sure if this is the actual issue with gplaycli. Manually swapping out some device ids didn't seem to make a difference.

I suppose it could be useful for something later though.
