Nuxt & Socket.io

I'm using nuxt 3.16.1 with socket.io 4.8.1 and typscript 5.8.2.
I'm trying to add the nitroPlugin by following this documentation https://socket.io/how-to/use-with-nuxt.
On the following line I have a type error event.node.req is not compatible with EngineRequest.

engineReplay.handleRequest(event.node.req, event.node.res);

Is there a way to fix this?

This should be fixed by b059af6, included in engine.io@6.6.7 (April 2026).
