Modify optimizer docs

As I rarely consider and dig the Yul optimizer, so for the translation of the chapter [internals/optimizer](https://github.com/solidity-docs/zh-chinese/blob/develop/docs/internals/optimizer.rst) is a bit obscure, such as the translation of `rematerialiser`, I made it as `字面意义上的再物质化器`. Will update this chapter later.
