Bump version in lib/api_solvecaptcha/version.rb to X.Y.Z.
Commit changes:
```
git commit -am "Bump to vX.Y.Z"
```
Create and annotate tag:
```
git tag -a vX.Y.Z -m "Release vX.Y.Z"
```
Push code and tag:
```
git push origin main --tags
```
GitHub Actions will build and publish automatically.
