Daemonize data collector, preprocessing, and insertion

Setup currently requires unix screen and the starting of three separate processes. Checking the status of any of these processes is difficult and requires the use of a shared or dedicated account. When one of the processes dies, it is only possible to find out by connecting to the proper screen.

Using Python daemonize might be an option.
