Can't locate SMS/Send.pm in @INC

t/04-sms-send-load.t and t/05-sms-send-send.t fail if SMS::Send is not installed --- so either that module needs to be declared as a dependency, or these tests need to skip if it is missing.

Thank you for your report. I will fix this. SMS::Send should not be a dependency because the sending mechanism can also be used without it.
