Wallet connection between page reloads

Wallet connection is not persistent between page reloads

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect wallet
2. Reload page
3. See that walle is disconnected

Expected behavior
Wallet reconnects on page refresh

@esteblock we've debugged this issue, you're using your own custom implementation for wallets from this repo: https://github.com/paltalabs/stellar-react. Auto-connect isn’t implemented there.

Would you like implementation of a workaround or patching auto-connect in the stellar-react repo?
