Webview save button does not turn orange when there are unsaved changes.

I was mistaken about the Webview auto-sending changes to the servers. It still requires an explicit click on the Save button, but this button does not turn orange, which is unlike the behaviour when using the frontend directly.

Unlike the Web UI, one can move between multiple editors without having to click Save.

Maybe we can keep an initial state for every pane and use that to communicate the SaveButton state on the frontend. We might need to update the WorkspaceManagerState on the frontend when the active question's pane is being updated and when the active question changes.
