Feature request: Support the use of on-disk private keys

It would be super handy if this module allowed for the use of private keys that are already on the puppet-agent host (so Puppet doesn't need to provide the private key content).

This should be achievable through the use of the concat module.

Another option, as a complement to this would be private keys that are provided by a Deferred function (so the keys could be gathered by the agent at runtime - see https://puppet.com/blog/agent-side-functions-in-puppet-6/#:~:text=Puppet%206%20introduced%20Deferred%20functions,people%20already%20mistakenly%20assumed%20existed.)
