Bug: Snitch fails when evaluating projects that target more than one framework

When running snitch on a project that har more than one framework in snitch fails with the following error "Error: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'folderName')".

In my case it is a library project being built and packed as a nuget for both net6.0 and net7.0.

Another scenario to take into account is when your solution contains net and netstandard projects. It isn't necessary for a single project to build for multiple targets, if just one project in the solution targets a different framework you get a similar error.

Typically shared contracts and interoperability code may be released as netStandard2.0 but the current implementation targets net8. As the solutions builds for net8 it will fail with the above error when analyzing the netStandard2.0 projects. My guess is that the expected build output folder is set at start and not checked individually per project.
