issue with the software not being able to use the scanning ability on my wh16ns58 drive

for some reason every time i try to scan using the software, the option to scan is greyed out, even though any other scanning software works fine.

btw i tried with the 1.V5 and the 1.V9 firmware and both of them did not work.

I just cross-flashed my drive to WH16NS58 fw 1.V5 (orig. BH16NS58 fw 1.03).

For me, Error Correction test is working fine on the Windows version, but not on the Linux version. Both qpxtool are version 0.8.1-pl6 (the current latest).

Edit: I tried running the Linux AppImage with sudo and it is working fine as well now.

Strange, if this is confirmed I might add a tip somewhere in the app so that users try under sudo if it doesn't work without. The new dev version has a "console" tab in the GUI that shows the raw qscan output, care to share the result without sudo, see if there are any useful error messages? https://github.com/speed47/qpxtool/releases/tag/devel
