Who we are

EasyHour is an Italian startup born to fill-in the missing gap of smartworking-oriented timesheets. The software was designed and developer pre-Covid19 and was meant for internal use only but after the pandemic we decided to go public and make it open, adding specific features for coworkings and shared desks.

What is EasyHour

EasyHour is a timesheet that holds and aggregates all the information you need to run your company and optimize the time management for you and your employees:

• Worked time by client/project/task
• Requests for vacation, work permits and sickness with approval workflow
• Smart working and desk bookings for shared spaces and coworkings
• Trip management with receipts
• Report of worked time for managers, clients and payroll office

What else we offer

EasyHour is open source and free to use. However we're also offering paid SaaS and support as well as custom development for companies who need more feature and integrations.

How will funds be used?

We have a long roadmap to add new features and more integrations with external software:

• improve push notification support
• undo for requests approval
• more dashboards and charts in the report section
• customization settings in the app and the web frontend
